Dr. Yang Daxiang is a leading figure in China’s electrospun nanofiber membrane field and a nanomaterials expert. Graduating in materials engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2001, he was recommended for a master’s program at National University of Defense Technology. He earned his master of engineering degree from the College of Aerospace And Materials Engineering in december 2003, and pursued a doctoral degree in the same major that year, focusing on high-performance nanofibers and composites for weapons and equipment. With over 20 years of dedication to academic research and industrialization of new nanomaterials, he founded Zhongna technology in 2015 after transferring from the military, committed to localizing nanofibers, scaling up production, and bringing nanotechnology to the public.
Application
Equipment and process control for mass production are the core and global challenging technologies in nanofiber membrane industrialization. Guided by systematic thinking across methods, equipment, processes, materials and applications, we evolved from the first-generation single-orifice electrospinning prototype in 2004 to the 8th-generation intelligent and large-scale equipment. Having completed principle verification, optimization tests, pilot and semi-commercial trials, we’ve broken through the industrialization bottleneck of nanofiber membrane materials, developed technologies for stable large-scale production of nanofibers, and hold full independent intellectual property rights for the entire production process of 3D nanoporous membrane new materials.
